Floor Jansen became a mother for the second time

The family of Floor Jansen, frontwoman of the symphonic metal band Nightwish, has grown. The Dutch woman recently gave birth to a healthy daughter named Lucy, as she announced on her social media. Floor, husband Hannes van Dahl (drummer from Sabaton) and little sister Freja are overjoyed, the metal goddess writes on Instagram. Mother and daughter are therefore well and healthy.

Floor has completely withdrawn from the public in recent weeks and months. After she suffered a faint attack at one of the last Nightwish shows, she had to cancel her last two solo shows and the last Nightwish show. "To ensure both my health and that of my unborn baby, I need to rest and fully focus on my recovery and the final phase of my pregnancy," she wrote at the time.
