Poppy announces European tour dates for 2026

In recent years, Poppy has established herself as an artist who cannot be clearly categorised into any one genre. Her songs range from hard metal breakdowns to catchy pop and dark grunge. ‘I never wanted to be pigeonholed,’ she once said about her style. This attitude is reflected in everything she does, whether on stage, in the studio or in her science fiction comics.

Her career began with provocative, experimental videos on the internet. Today, Poppy has been nominated for two Grammy Awards: in 2021, she received her first nomination in the ‘Best Metal Performance’ category for the song BLOODMONEY, the first solo artist ever to do so.

This was followed in 2025 by another nomination for Suffocate, a collaboration with Knocked Loose. This once again highlights her ability to fluidly transcend boundaries between art forms and musical styles.
