Mysterious yet light, dark yet fairytale-like – Zora’s perfume cabinet holds a little bit of everything, and she knows exactly how to match each scent to the moment.

On Stage

When performing, Zora’s go-to fragrance is Versace Crystal Noir – a scent that has accompanied her for years and become an absolute staple in her collection. With top notes of blackcurrant, black fig, and violet, a floral-exotic heart of frangipani, jasmine, and tuberose, and a sensual base of cashmeran, sandalwood, vanilla, and heliotropin, this fragrance has a mysterious depth. She describes it as truly unique, and when she wears it, she feels dark and enigmatic.

Everyday Wear

For everyday wear, the artist is especially fond of Wild Bluebell by Jo Malone – a scent she discovered shortly after releasing her song Cicada, which is inspired by bluebells and the folklore surrounding them. Ever since, the fragrance has marked the beginning of spring for her – and often lingers well into winter. Delicate bluebells blend with lily of the valley, apple blossom, and a creamy hint of persimmon, rounded off by soft white musk. Light, airy, and almost fairytale-like – „like walking through a forest and the ground is covered in blue“.

In the summertime, she also loves to wear Flowerbomb Dew by Viktor & Rolf, which she describes as especially dreamy and romantic. With top notes of bergamot and pear, a heart of rose and iris, and a base of musk and woody notes, it shares a soft connection to her next favorite scent.

For Dinners, Dates and Parties

For special occasions, our dark diva reaches for Irresistible by Givenchy – a fragrance that, to her, is more than just a scent. It was a gift from someone close to her and has since become a scented memory. The freshness of pear and ambrette meets a floral heart of rose, while notes of Virginia cedarwood give the fragrance a warm, woody depth. Floral, sweet, and at the same time woody-fresh: "Sultry and sweet," says Zora – a scent that brings a smile to her face every time she catches a whiff. No surprise, then, that she wore it during the filming of her newest – still unreleased – music video. "It helped me slip right into the mood."

Her Favorite Men’s Fragrance

Apparently a fragrance bomb for the Blackbriar frontwoman as well: Spicebomb by Viktor & Rolf, the men’s fragrance. Spicy pepper and fresh bergamot open with striking clarity, while cinnamon at the heart adds warm depth. It’s rounded off with an earthy-smoky base of vetiver and tobacco, giving it a mysterious aura. For Zora, Spicebomb carries a distinctive autumn feeling – not overpowering, but still present, mysterious and sensual all at once.
