“The Gems”, the up-and-coming trio from Stockholm consisting of former musicians from the rock band “Thundermother”, is ready to conquer the music world. Their debut album “Phoenix” will be released on January 26, 2024 via Napalm Records.

The band, consisting of rock singer Guernica Mancini, drummer Emlee Johansson and guitarist and bassist Mona “Demona” Lindgren, has already reached many ears with their unique blend of rock styles. They take inspiration from legends like Led Zeppelin and Iron Maiden, but give the whole thing a modern touch.

Their first track “Like A Phoenix”, released in June 2023, received a very good response. With high numbers in Spotify streams and YouTube views and a quick rise to number 2 on the rock radio airplay charts in Germany, they have proven that they have the potential to conquer the rock scene.

At home on stages around the world with “Thundermother”.

Before they started as “The Gems”, the members were part of the successful rock band “Thundermother”. There they were able to conquer international stages and supported greats like the Scorpions. With three highly acclaimed albums they were able to secure a permanent place in the history of rock, including impressive placements at number 6 in the official German album charts and number 2 in the German airplay single charts.

“The Gems” represent a fresh era in rock music. Her latest single, “Send Me To The Wolves,” is a powerful message about overcoming and resisting bullying. The track fuses the grooves of the 70s with their modern twist and showcases the band's versatile talent.
