Charlotte Wessels releases new single „The Crying Room“

The track is the latest preview of her first solo album, „The Obsession,“ which is set to be released on September 20th via Napalm Records.

„The Crying Room“ deals with fear, obsessive thoughts, and the desire to escape. At the same time, it also offers a more optimistic perspective on the subject. The haunting guitar melody draws listeners into a dark soundscape.

Charlotte on her new song and album: „The song is about the fear of failure and the need to take a moment to breathe before diving into something new. Everyone loves stories of bravery and heroes, but let’s be honest: I want to hear more stories about people who are absolutely terrified and still keep going. That’s a central theme on the album, and „The Crying Room“ is an invitation to do just that.“
