“Arcana” is Epica's first Taste of What’s to Come

In their upcoming album, Epica combines influences from 80s alternative rock with modern metal, and "Arcana" is the starting point. "Arcana guides you through the universal stages of spiritual evolution in life. It leads the way to a higher consciousness and spiritual self-awareness," says the band. With its catchy melody reminiscent of a music box and the choral background vocals, the song has a mystical and spooky vibe.

In addition to the new song "Arcana," the EP also features a special collaboration with the Dutch theme park Efteling. The song "The Ghost in Me" was specially composed for the park and is a tribute to the magical atmosphere of Efteling.

Epica will also present their new music live. Alongside a European tour, two exclusive concerts in Mexico City are planned, where the band will perform together with an orchestra and choir. Some tickets are still available.
